President

Shawn Peterson is the sole owner and President of Trueline Woodworks, Inc.  He has been into woodworking since an early age and built his first library at 14.  In 2006 Trueline Woodworks, Inc. was founded and the passion to strive for excellence was born.  He enjoys working with the best in the business and employing talented individuals.

When he’s not running the company he likes to spend time being a husband to his wife of 14+ years and raising their daughter Kody Joy.   In his off time he likes to ride his dirt bike and compete in amateur races, something that he’s done since the age of 4.

Shop Manager

Joel manages day-to-day operations and quality control at Trueline Woodworks. He strives for the best quality possible and ensures our clients are 100% satisfied with their finished project. No corners will ever be cut at Trueline.

Joel loves to run, surf, camp, and has an immense appreciation for the great outdoors.

Aaron

Finish Specialist

Aaron has 20+ years experience in the cabinet industry specializing in fine finishing.  He enjoys working with exotic wood species and finding that perfect finish that compliments the species. He prides himself on his color matching and helping to find the perfect color that the client is imagining. Aaron finds new water based technologies in wood finishing exiting and enjoys using the new products and techniques combined with traditional procedures to achieve a true custom finish.

When he’s not finishing cabinetry he enjoys spending with his family, as well as spending time on or in the ocean.
